Karachi Police has decided to register a case against suspended SSP Rao Awar in Naqeebulla Mehsood's murder case. 

The decision was taken during a meeting chaired by Additional Inspector General Sanaullah Abbasi. 

The sources stated that Rao Anwar and his team will be arrested after the FIR. The case will be registered after Mehsood's family will reach Karachi. 

The family of Naqeebullah has left for Karachi under tight security and VIP protocol from KP. 

Furthermore, the investigation committee summoned Rao Anawar and his team along with evidences they hold. The committee will also conduct forensic examination of weapons produced from suspended SSP, sources added. 

The committee also suggest the transfer of all SHO's of Malir police stations.
