Special food courts set up in Rawalpindi

Islamabad - Special courts have been set up in Rawalpindi under the Punjab Food Authority Act.

According to media reports, presiding officers and technical members for the courts have also been appointed. Presiding officers who are appointed in Rawalpindi include assistant commissioner city, sub-registrar Urban-1 and registrar Urban-2. Technical members will include district officer health, agricultural field officer Taxila and agricultural field officer Kallar Syedan. Notification to this effect has been sent to deputy secretary food department.
