LAHORE- The Lahore High Court (LHC) today accepted a petition against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s provocative speeches in parliament.

The petition filed in the LHC stated that Imran Khan gave provocative statements during parliamentary sessions. It said PTI chief also ridicules several personalities in his speeches that may incite the emotions of the people.

After hearing the arguments, the LHC sought a reply from federal government and Law Ministry on August 7, 2014.
