The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Saturday suspended four officials, including a Deputy Superintendent Police (DSP) over misuse of power.

The ECP sources said that the four officials were suspended for using their position for personal gains and participating in election campaign.

Those who have been suspended include Punjab Police DSP Shehbaz Ahmad Dhaku, Punjab Population Welfare Department Deputy Secretary Allah Yar Dhaku, DHQ Surgeon Chiniot Dr Muhammad Ali Haral and BHU School Health and Nutrition Supervision Chiniot Muhammad Imran Khan Haral.
