Bomb threat delays flights in US

WASHINGTON (AFP) - A bomb threat made by a woman at the Dayton, Ohio airport caused authorities to search a flight that landed at Reagan National Airport in Washington DC on Sunday, officials said. The US Airways flight, which was already en route from Dayton Intl to Washington when the threat was made, landed safely at a far end of Reagan National's airfield and FBI, the Transportation Security Administration said. According to Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Spokeswoman Courtney Mickalonis, all 44 passengers were taken off the plane at 1700 GMT.
