On Monday, 21st June, the sessions court has approved interim bail of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz in the sugar scandal case.
According to the information, Syed Ali Abbas, additional session judge conducting the hearing on the matter and asked for the report from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The court has prohibited the authorities from arresting both leaders till the 10th of July.
Prior to this, Shehbaz Sharif had decided to appear before the FIA on June 22 in sugar scandal case after consultation with their lawyers.
Hamza Shahbaz Sharif will also appear before the FIA on June 24, who has instructed him to bring answers to all the questions.
