The government has filed petition in the Supreme Court pleading for interim stay order over Sharifs disqualification verdict. Advocate on record Saturday filed the petition in the apex court for the interim stay. The petition said the detailed judgment of the case not yet been released pleading to the court that the implementation of the brief verdict should be stayed. Attorney General Latif Khosa in a statement earlier said that the government today filing petition in the apex court for stay in Sharifs disqualification verdict. The federal government had earlier filed four separate petitions in the Supreme Court for review of the apex court verdict on February 25.
