A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar has been hearing the suo motu of Naqeebullah Mehsud’s extrajudicial killing.

The decamped SSP Malir Rao Anwaar in the fake encounter and killing of Naqeebullah Mehsud wrote letters to Supreme Court. Rao Anwar requested in his letters to Supreme Court that his frozen bank accounts should be impounded.
