Newly-appointed Tehsil representative of Punjab Ombudsman Muhammad Akbar Khan reiterated the resolve that he will perform his duty strictly in accordance with the constitution. “I shall remain within constitutional limits while performing my function as Tehsil Advisor to the Ombudsman” he observed while talking to the media here the other day.
The Tehsil Advisor also said that establishment of supremacy of the rules and regulations would be his top priority. He vowed that he would work hard to resolve various issues of the inhabitants of Thal.
To a question, he said that every officer and official should hold himself accountable and urged them to work jointly for the betterment of the public.
He said that he along with District Advisor to Ombudsman was struggling for welfare of the public.
Earlier, just after taking over the charge, the Tehsil Advisor to Mohtasib met Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Superintendent Police, Tehsil Municipal Officer, Chief officer, Tehsildars and others.
