ISLAMABAD Foreign Office Spokesman Abdul Basit has said that India does not seem intent on initiating composite talks with Pakistan. He said this while talking to a private TV Channel on Friday evening. He said if Pakistan and India did not hold talks, it would be tantamount to the accomplishment of the agenda of terrorists.
