If the PCB were to induct a professional from a secret agency as an official in the team when on foreign tours, there is a possibility that the delinquent players might be deterred from indulging in illegal betting. But, this would materialize only if the gentleman from the secret agency who is supposed to be the teams watchdog does not himself succumb to irresistible allurements of the betting mafia under a shady deal.
