ISLAMABAD (Online) Keeping in view the recent wave of terrorism and commencement of Operation Rah-e-Nijat in South Waziristan, the strength of security check points have been increased up to 300 in different areas of Federal Capital, causing traffic mess and great inconvenience for the locals. There were about 72 checkpoints at entry, exist points, around the sensitive installations and important government building in Islamabad that had been increased up to 300 after the GHQ attack, Peshawar blast and Lahore attacks. Every road, sector and colony in capital has security pickets, said a security official in condition of anonymity. The residents said they are facing another difficulty with the threat of terror and they cant move even in the city without our identification, and we have to be checked several times a day during routine work. Police, Eagle squad, Patrolling police, Capital City Police, 15 Police and Security Division Police have put their checkpoints in different areas of the Federal capital.
