KARACHI- Jamaat-e-Islami chief Munawar Hassan on Tuesday suggested the government to visit Iran with the high profile delegation comprising on President, Prime Ministers and others to remove the concerns of Iranian Government. China, Pakistan and Iran should come forward to jointly combat US terrorism in the region, said JI Pakistan Chief Syed Munawar Hassan in a reception given to the media persons. He claimed that Government foreign and internal policies had completely failed, saying that due to the policies of rulers now Iran has forced to use the language like India. He urged the president and prime minister not to waste time and immediately visit the Iran to eliminate the concerns of the Iranian government. He said in outspoken way that our rulers would not take positive steps because they are only following the US directives. Munawar Hassan said that JUI-F leader Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman and PML-N had approved the army operation in Waziristan, adding that both of them are the passengers of the same boat. He strongly criticized the John Kerry statements saying that he was the guest in Pakistan and I want to tell him not to cross the limit of guest. He also criticised the Kerrys insulting attitude towards out rulers during his visit of Pakistan. He informed that the preparation of army operation in Southern Punjab was in full swing after the operation in Waziristan, adding that it was not in the favor of country. He demanded the Army chief to immediately stop the operation in Waziristan. He asked the Chief Minister Punjab Province Shahbaz Sharif to end their ongoing visit of London and play the role to stop the expected operation in Punjab. He said that the policies of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf were still in action in the country India is not our friend, the incident of Mumbai has exposed the confidence building measures, which have been taken the time of last eight years he said. Talking about the JI referendum against the Kerry Lugar Bill, Munawar said that JI workers would reach to the millions of people to seek their opinion about the insulting bill.
