NATO'S top operations commander, Admiral James Stavridis, said he would be recommending the conclusion of NATO's Libya mission to a meeting of alliance ambassadors on Friday. "I will be recommending conclusion of this mission to the North Atlantic Council of NATO," Stavridis said. Former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, on the run for more than two months, was tracked down and killed in his hometown Sirte by opposition fighters on Thursday.
