ISLAMABAD - Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold auction of about forty 40 commercial plots and class -III shopping centers at prime locations in Markaz F-7, F-8, G-8, I-8, G-9, F-10, F-11, G-11 and Markaz I-11 of Islamabad in the third week of November this year.

For this purpose Chairman CDA, Nadeem Hassan Asif has assigned responsibilities to all the board members to ensure that these plots are cleared by all means and all the services including electricity, sewerage, drainage, road access, gas, water and all other allied facilities have been provided. Tasks were given and progress was reviewed on daily basis in this regard. The members informed the chairman that all the facilities has been ensured and checked that all facilities are present at these proposed auction sites. The plots have been leveled and all allied facilities have been provided.

Chairman CDA, appreciated the efforts of all board members and all wings in ensuring all the facilities and giving day to day update till the completion of the work.

According to CDA official, Chairman CDA said that the successful bidders would be treated specially and would be given status of “valued customers” and they would be entertained through special cell established to complete post sale requirements.

He said that all the after sale formalities would be completed in speedy manner and they will have not to run from pillar to post to fulfill requirements. They will be entertained through this special counter established for this purpose.

Similarly the broachers will have more and clear information unlike previous ones. He further said that instructions and terms in the broachers will be in English as well as in Urdu. Maps of all the proposed sites with demarcation would be displayed in the broachers.

It is first time that all sites have been physically checked and provision of all allied facilities have been ensured before auction to avoid any delays or litigation after bidding.
