Three fiendish brothers gang-raped a seven-year-old minor girl here in Katchi Abadi, Ali Ahmed Shah Colony Shahbaz Khan Road, the other night.
The Kasur City Police after medical examination of the victim registered a case against the three accused brothers and arrested one of them on the identification of the victim.
The minor girl had gone to a nearby shop to buy something but did not return home till 8pm. At which, the family and neighbours started searching her in the surroundings. During the search, they heard to shrieks of the girl from a Haveli and rushed there where they found the girl in a bad condition. On information, the police rushed to the scene and shifted the victim to DHQ Hospital. She was later handed over to her parents after medical examination. The police, first, registered a case Under Section 365/376 but later it was changed to Section 363/376 (for unknown reasons.)
However, on protest by the affected family, DSP City Circle Saleem Warriach constituted a team to arrest the two other accused.
On the other hand, in Klarkabad area of Kot Radha Kishan, accused Zeeshan abducted a five-year-old boy who was playing in the street. He took him to his outhouse where he allegedly sodomised him. The police registered a case and arrested the accused.
Separately, in Chitti Khoee in Rasoolpura in the remit of Kasur Saddr Police, an Faisal sexually abused an eight-year-old boy on Tuesday and escaped.
Sexual abuse has become order of the day in and around Kasur despite tall claims of the government while the police failed to take action against people involved in such crime.
