OKARA - Five students sustained critical injuries in an armed clash between two groups of a student organisation here the other day. According to police, two groups of Muslim Students Federation (MSF) led by Alui Jutt and Imran Mani respectively, clashed with each other at Data Chowk which resulted in several injuries as both the groups, after involving in scuffle, also fired bullets at each other. Resultantly, Ali Jutt, Ali Asghar Bhatti, Irfan Sikandar, Ibrar Ahmad and Riaz got injured and were shifted to DHQ Hospital where the staff referred Ali Jutt to Jinnah Hospital Lahore. Police are investigating.

It is worth mentioning that the two groups had quarrelled with each other at the DHQ Hospital emergency ward about 10 days ago.
