KARACHI - Three watchmen of the burnt-out garment factory in Baldia Town were remanded in police custody by the judicial magistrate (West) on Thursday till September 25.SITE-B police produced the three watchmen, Fazal Ahmed, Arshad Muhammad and Ali Muhammad, before the court. During the proceedings, the investigation officer prayed to the court for the remand of the watchmen for interrogation.The investigation officer told the court that the initial investigation suggested that the watchmen locked the doors of the factory while salary was being disbursed among workers.The judge, Sohail Ahmed Mashoori, remanded the three watchmen in police custody till September 25, and directed the IO to submit case diaries on the next hearing.A case (FIR No 343/2012) had been registered against the factory owners and others under sections 302, 322, 435, 436, 337 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code at the SITE-B Police Station.\
