Bugti murder case: ATC orders Mush to appear on May 19

QUETTA  - Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Quetta has ordered former president Pervez Musharraf to make sure his presence in the court on next date of hearing in Nawab Akbar Bugti assassination case.
The ATC adjourned the hearing of the case till May 19. At the start of the hearing on Monday, former interior minister Aftab Sherpao, Shoaib Nosherwani and Mumtaz and Nadim, guarantors of Pervez Musharraf appeared in the court.
The court expressed annoyance over non-appearance of Pervez Musharraf before it and reprimanded counsels and guarantors of former president.
The lawyers of Pervez Musharraf and his guarantors assured the court that former president would appear in ATC on next date of hearing contending he was in Karachi in connection with his medical treatment and could not appear before the court.  The court cancelled the arrest warrants of Musharraf’s guarantors and adjourned hearing of the case till May 19.
