‘Pakistan team can win 4-Nation Kabaddi’

LAHORE - Head coach of Pakistan kabaddi team Ghulam Abbas Butt has said that Pakistan kabaddi team is top ranked team of the world and men in green have capability to win the 4-Nation Kabaddi Tournament.
Talking to media Monday during the national kabaddi team training camp being held at Faisalabad in preparation of Punjab International Sports Festival (PISF) Phase-II, Butt said that the players were striving hard in the camp.
“We are stressing upon the technique of our players and I hope the players have potential to clinch the 4-Nation Kabaddi Tournament in America which is going to be held in July,” he claimed.
“Our players are in great spirits after defeating India in the Punjab Games Kabaddi Tournament last month,” he added.
Replying to a query regarding the grey areas of his side, Butt said that the weaknesses in the defence and attacking had been noticed and the boys had been asked to remove these flaws during the camp.
Pakistan’s top kabaddi players including captain Babar Waseem Gujjar, Mohsin Wahla, Rana Naeem, Khalid Mehr, Akmal Dogar, Shafiq Chishti, M Maroof, Masroor Ahmed, Lala Saifullah, M Ramzan, Naeem Sandhu and Khalid Dogar are part of the training camp.
