SIALKOT - Scores of people including women and children thronged a Pak Army’s youth festival and an ammunition exhibition held at Noor Kot-Shakargarh.

Chief guest Brigadier Saad Saeed Ahmed inaugurated the festival. Pak Army also displayed the India-made ammunition, which had been besieged by Pak Army in Shakargarh Sector during the Pak-India wars of 1965 and 1971.

On the occasion, the participants paid rich tributes to the victims of terror attack of Army Public School (APS) Peshawar.

The senior army officials briefed the students about the ammunition including anti-aircraft guns, anti-tank rifles, wireless system, paramedical system and engineering corps displayed at different stalls there. Addressing the participants, Brigadier Ahmed said that the defence of the country was in very strong hands, adding that the whole nation stands united against terrorism.

 and is ready to make any sacrifice to quell terrorism along with the armed forces of Pakistan.
