PESHAWAR- Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak today strongly criticized changes in the original plan of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor .

Addressing a press conference, Khattak raised concerns over the proposed projects, saying that the route would only come to light once the province gets its due right.

CPEC’s original plan included Khunjerab, Gilgit, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbotabad, Haripur, Hassanabad, Mianwali, Dera Ismail Khan, Dera Ghazai Khan, Dera Murad Jamali, Khuzdar, Panjgur and Gawadar, he added. He opposed the elimination of Dera Ismail Khan from the list.

He questioned biased distribution of funds between provinces. Khattak also doubted the Chinese investment spree.
