A student died while three others got serious condition after they attempted suicide over failure in matriculation examination here on Thursday.
According to details, Shiza, a resident of Kashmir Road, Saim of Gill Road, Abdullah of Gulberg Colony and Aslam of Khiali area swallowed poisonous pills to end their lives. It has been learnt that all the four students were disappointed over failure in the annual matric part-I examination. They were shifted to hospital where Saim breathed his last while other three are being treated in serious condition.
