Nizam-e-Adl to be enforced at all costs: Hoti

PESHAWAR NWFP Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has reaffirmed that Nizam-e-Adl will be implemented in Malakand division at all cost. CM Hoti expressed these views while talking to media persons while inquiring the health of victims of the Police Line blast in Timergara, Lower Dir, on Monday. He said provision of prompt and inexpensive justice is essential for good governance and elimination of disparities among the people. He said the law and order situation is improving and most of the challenge is over, adding complete peace would be restored with unity and concord. The Chief Minister said that the war of national survival would not only be fought but also be won. He said that terrorists are on the run and that is why they are targeting innocent people including elders and children. He expressed satisfaction over high morale of the people and their readiness for rendering any sort of sacrifice for the country, nation and the province. CM Hoti said that the compensation for the heirs of Shuhada and injured became possible only due to the collective efforts of the federal and provincial governments whereas the delay occurring in the process has also been simplified. Hoti further said that that no society can make progress without provision of inexpensive and prompt justice. He said that the lower courts in Malakand division are working according to Shariah, however, the delay in the establishment of Appellate Courts, Darul Quza, and Darul Darul Quza is occurring due to the deficiency of judges. He also stated that the Supreme Court has been contacted in this regard and expressed the hope that the Supreme Court and the High Court would extend full support on the issue and the structure of Nizam-e-Adl will be completed. He further stated that the promise made with the people of Malakand division would be fulfilled at all cost. Earlier, the Chief Minister inquired about the health of the injured of Police Line Mosque blast at District Headquarter hospital Timergara. He went to the injured one by one and expressed solidarity with them. He also handed over financial assistance cheques to them on the occasion and prayed for the Shuhada and speedy recovery of the injured.
