Mujahid Kamran It is undoubted that the US is run by corporate cabals dominated by unscrupulous Zionists and their agents and collaborators, all working in unison for the wealthiest families of the world - the elite. These cabals have relentlessly developed a culture of unconstitutional secrecy within the US government and are now embarked on destroying the constitution itself. This culture has one and only one objective - to involve the US in perpetual war and unending subversive activity worldwide with the aim of establishing a 'one world government by breaking every resistance to its establishment. The energies and talents of the great people of the United States of America serve only one purpose - providing endless money to the big banks and corporations through backbreaking taxes, through wars of corporate profit, and through provision of endless human cannon fodder for these wars so that the deeply hidden cabal of bankers may own the entire world and its wealth, and establish its complete control over mankind. President George Bush referred to the US Constitution as just a goddamn piece of paper. The Continuity of Government (COG) plans have increasingly given rise to an unrepresentative shadow government with hardly any congressional oversight. The US public is hardly aware of it. This is ominous. President John F. Kennedy was deeply aware of this subterranean, subliminal and powerfully-rooted movement in the body politic of the US and Europe. That is why he had, in a speech delivered before the American Newspapers Association in New York on April 27, 1961, stated: The very word secrecy is repugnant in a free and open society and we are as a people, inherently and historically, opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings, for we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence, on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed not published, its mistakes are buried not headlined, its dissenters are silenced not praised, no expenditure is questioned, no secret is revealed. That is why the Athenian lawmaker Solon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy. I am asking your help in the tremendous task of informing and alerting the American people, confident that with your help man will be what he was born to be, free and independent. It was this attempt at liberating the people of the US from the clutches of this cabal that cost him his life. The murder of Kennedy was a turning point in contemporary history. Having eliminated the most powerful personality that stood for world peace, this cabal has, for almost half a century now, taken the US increasingly on the road to confrontation instead of coexistence, war instead of diplomacy, intimidation and injustice instead of fair play, unbridled use of force instead of dignified restraint, and pitched this greatest of all countries of today against mankind. This cabal has transformed the US into mankinds arch foe and is moving rapidly to a global war involving China and Russia. During the cold war, there was a legitimate concern that if Washington were to be taken out by a nuclear weapon what would become of the US government? This concern led to the introduction and establishment of mechanisms and setups that would, in case of a nuclear attack, ensure continuity of government. The US Constitution allows for the Vice President to assume charge in case of the incapacitation of the President. If the Vice President is taken out, then the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 lays down the sequence of those who can assume charge as follows: House Speaker, Senate President Pro Tempore, Secretary of State, Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary Defence, Attorney General and 11 other Cabinet members in line of succession according to when their office was established. A Federal Emergency Management Authority (FEMA) with fearsome powers was set up by an Executive order of President Carter in 1979. But it was in Reagans time that its scope was expanded and it was put in action. However, its activity is so shrouded in secrecy that its first Director Wallace Stickney openly admitted to a reporter: I was aware funding was being passed through [FEMA], but did not know where it was going, nor did Congress which demanded to know. In 1984 Colonel Oliver North supervised the ReX 84 exercise in which FEMA practiced interning 400,000 people in the army supervised camps built for the purpose Interestingly, underground structures have also been built for the leadership of the Federal Reserve, a private bank One such structure for the Federal Reserve at Culpepper was decommissioned in 1992. Since 1981, every year, Cheney, Rumsfeld and others would disappear into unknown locations built underground to practice COG. In 1988, COG was expanded to include not just a nuclear attack, but any national security emergency. COG was then implemented during 9/11 and Cheney directed the response to the event. The self-appointed COG Commission (COGC) has proposed that the seats of dead or incapacitated Congressmen be filled by nomination instead of election It is backed by the elite front American Enterprise Institute and Brookings Institution and is pushing for an amendment of the US constitution Congressman Ron Paul has called these proposals both unnecessary and dangerous. It is quite clear that the cabal of big bankers and their allies are driving the movement for globalisation and one world government, and all these amendments and unconstitutional activities are being carried out on their behest and in their interest. Professor Peter Dale Scott has mentioned warrantless detentions, warrantless deportations, and warrantless eavesdropping in the wake of 9/11 a COG activity. As Harry Helms wrote in his book Inside the Shadow Government: A secret, well funded, and ill-defined segment of the US government backed by deadly force and outside constitutional restraints, can be as dangerous to the United States as a foreign enemy.
