TOBA TEK SINGH - The lawyers of District Bar Association observed a complete strike and boycott of court for eighth consecutive day on Thursday to support the demand of lawyers fraternity for the establishment of Lahore High Court bench in Faisalabad.
Meanwhile, lawyers of the Tehsil Bar Association Gojra also observed strike to express their support for the cause.
SEERATUN NABI CONFERENCE: The Islamic revolution can only be brought by honest leadership and there is no other political party in the country except Jamaat-e-Islami for the purpose, said Jamaat PP-86 candidate Dr Zahid Sattar in his speech at a Seeratun Nabi (PBUH) conference held in Jamia mosque Chak 381/JB Kahlwan on Thursday. Maulana Muhammad Ashfaq and other religious scholars also spoke on the occasion.
