MNA Ch Armughan Subhani has said that the government’s “effective” policies would soon give economic and political boost to the country, claiming that the golden era of prosperity and success has begun in the country.

He stated this while addressing the party workers at Variyo House Sialkot where former federal minister Abdul Sattar Variyo, former provincial minister Khush Akhtar Subhani, Sufi Muhamamd Ishaq and other local PML-N leaders were also present.

He said that the new golden era of national development and prosperity has begun in the country under the leadership of PM Nawaz Sharif and the world would soon see a developed Pakistan, as the government utilising all the national natural resources to develop the country.

The MNA added that the response of China to Pakistan has given much courage to the business community of Pakistan, as they were anxiously waiting for the Chinese investment in different trade fields especially in the energy sector.

He revealed that the government was committed to early resolving all the crises as top priority under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He said that only his party-had the capability to pull the country out of energy crisis. The government would make Pakistan Asian Tiger by putting the country on the highway to national stability.

He narrated that the former rulers had ruined the national economy by creating energy crisis in the country through their massive corruption and plundering the national exchequer, which resulted in the persisting crisis due to the failed economic policies.

17 human traffickers, POs held

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested 17 human traffickers including proclaimed offender Tahir Mehmood whose name was included in its Red Book.

According to FIA Deputy Director Sikandar Hayyat Malik, the FIA has arrested these accused during a special campaign in a period of last two months. He said that it had also recovered hundreds of passports, fake official documents, stamps, embossing stamps and fake visas from the arrested human trafficker. He said that the accused had been sending the innocent people illegally after extorting big amounts from the people by showing them dreams of golden future in the abroad.

Police have registered separate cases against 10 more landlords for renting out their properties and 29 other accused for getting houses on rent without informing the respective police.

The Kotwali police registered a case against accused owner Muhammad Saleem for giving his house on rent to Sarfraz, Usman, Shama Bibi and Atif near Sethi Plaza Sialko.

The Kotwali police registered a case against the owners Suhail and Aurangzeb of Makkah Guest House Sialkot for giving rooms on rent to Khalil Ahmed and Muhammad Iqbal, a case against accused Muhammad Imran was registered. Cases were also registered against Muhamamd Attiq, Yousaf Khan, Anwar Khan, Ehsan, Umer, Tariq, Qiaser, Tariq, Ejaz, Saddam Hussain, Allah Ditta, Hassan Khan, Muhammad Sadiq, Usman, Shabir Ahmed, Muhamamd Rafiq, Zaman Gull, Muhamamd  Alam, Usman and Javaid Khan.

The Sialkot police registered separate cases against nine accused property owners for putting their properties on rent without informing the local police.
