LAHORE - Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Chairman Syed Asif Hashmi has said that all the contractual employees of the board would be regularised soon and residential colonies would be established across the country for their facility.

Addressing a general meeting of officers and employees on Monday, he said those officers who would show good performance would be awarded while those showing poor performance would be served with show-cause notices.

Asif Hashmi said religious places of Hindus and Sikhs were made secured and looked after that was the reason that the both the communities had put trust in his leadership as ETPB chairman.

Hashmi also held an open court and listened to the problems of the peoples. A committee headed by the vice-chairman was also constituted for the up-gradation of employees and other issues. ETPB Vice Chairman Ch Riaz, Secretary Junaid Ahmad, Additional Secretary Shrines, Khalid Ali and other senior officers and employees were present on the occasion.
