Sindh Assembly adopts motion against Imran, Rasheed

The Sindh Assembly Monday adopted a resolution against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Awami Muslim League (AML) head Sheikh Rasheed over their remarks against the parliament in which they cursed it.

The resolution was submitted by MQM member Zarfar Jamali. The resolution contained that Imran and Sheikh Rasheed had committed a crime by humiliating the parliament, therefore they should publicly offer apology.

In his speech during the session, PPP’s Nisar Khuro lashed out at Imran and said, “He (Imran) has damaged the the sanctity of parliament.”
