ISLAMABAD - District Health Officer (DHO) Islamabad, Dr Zaeem Zia urged masses to get fully vaccinated as the Covid19 positivity ratio is surging with a speedy pace.
The federal capital last day reported the highest ever positivity ratio of 18.91percent in a single day since the start of pandemic.
According to DHO, 1359 individuals were tested positive after a total of 7187 Covid19 tests were conducted in Islamabad last day.
He said that Covid19 was spreading with a very fast pace in Islamabad, saying that burden on hospitals was mounted as regularly hundreds of people have been testing positive.
He urged the masses to get isolated if anyone around had symptoms, saying that his staff was working around the clock to ensure safety of people and facilitate them.
