TENNESSEE, US: Justin Timberlake will not face legal action from an anti-rape charity who accused him of stealing their name for his single Take Back the Night. The Take Back The Night foundation had previously hinted that it might sue the singer over a track, which is the fourth single to be taken from his album The 20/20 Experience. However the charity’s executive director Katie Koestner has now said that they will not be pursuing the case. ‘At this point, we’re going to bow out gracefully, and accept that fighting this in court probably isn’t the best use of anyone’s time,’ she told the website Buzzfeed.–RO
