SYDNEY:- Former Australia women all-rounder Jen Jacobs has died aged 60. A middle-order batsman and off spinner, Jacobs represented Australia in seven Test matches in which she scored 136 runs, including a best of 48, to go alongside eight wickets. In 13 ODIs, Jacobs scored 235 runs and picked up three wickets. Cricket Australia chief executive James Sutherland paid tribute to Jacobs. "We were very sad to learn of Jen's passing and on behalf of CA, I extend our deepest sympathies to her family, friends and former team-mates at this difficult time," he said.–Agencies
