10 outlaws including six drug peddlers held, narcotics and weapons recovered

Islamabad Police on Sunday arrested  10 outlaws including six drug pushers from various areas of the city and recovered a car, 1115 gram hashish, 215 gram heroine, wine and weapons from them, a police spokesman said.

Following directions of Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations) Najeeb ur Rehman Bugvi, efforts were accelerated to arrest those involved in drug peddling activities.

Sub-Inspector Muhammad Afzal from ACLC police recovered a tampered car bearing registration No- LED-3630 from the possession of accused Adnan.

ASI Mehr-Ullah from Kohsar police arrested 03 accused Muhammad Saleem, Ahmed Khan and Usman and recovered one 30 bore illicit pistol along with ammunition and six tin beerfrom their possession.

ASI Abdul-Hameed from Tarnol police arrested accused Yasir Mehmood and recovered one 30 bore illicit pistol from him.

Sub-Inspector Saif-Ullah from Bhara Kahu police arrested accused Abdul Wahab and recovered 1115 gram hashish from him.

ASI Dost Muhammad from Karachi Company police arrested accused Muhammad Sajjad and recovered one 30 bore illicit pistol from him.

ASI Jaffar Ali from Industrial-Area police arrested two accused Ayub Massih and Imran and recovered five bottles wine from their possession. Sub-inspector Khalid javed from Shams coloney police arrested accused Fayyaz Iqbal and recovered 215 gram heroine from him.

Police have registered the cases against these persons and further investigation is underway from them.

SSP Islamabad Najeeb ur Rehman Bugvi has appreciated this performance and directed all police officials for effective policing measures in their respective areas.
