At least seven children were wounded, two of the critically, when a gas cylinder exploded in a street in Muhammad Pura near Gajju Matta on Saturday afternoon.  Rescue workers said the cylinder exploded with a bang when a vendor was trying to fill gas into balloons. As a result, seven children sustained burns. They were shifted to hospital on ambulances. The victims were identified as Asad, 9, Zain Mubarak, 4, Ali Raza Mubarak, 7, Eman Fatima 4, Husnain 12, Faizan 8, and Khalil 12.
