SWAT - Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) here on Monday issued notices to Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e- Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Maulana Sufi Muhammad and directed him to appear before the court on June 29, 2010. The TNSM chief Sufi Muhammad along with nine other activists were charged under the terrorist acts in 1994 but later the trial against them were stopped on February 16, 2009 due the peace agreement between the Provincial Government and the TNSM. After the violation of the agreement, the Government had reopened all the cases against the TNSM leader and activists. Earlier all the accused were charged of killing MPA Shangla, Badi-uz-Zaman along with his colleagues in 1994. The accused were also charged of attacking Kabal, Khuwaza Khela and Matta Police stations. The accused were also wanted to Dir Police in various terrorist cases.
