Govt raises finger at UN Commission report

The government has expressed certain reservations over the UN Commission report in Benazir Bhuttos assassination probe, reported a private TV channel late on Monday, quoting its sources. Pakistani diplomats stationed at the embassy in Washington have delivered the letter to the UN secretary general. The 26-page letter, written to UN Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, states that the commission did not provide any documented proof of the interviews conducted of different personalities. It also says that the UN team didnt interview several international personalities recommended by the Pakistani government while the extension in UN timeframe was also unnecessary.
