Next PM to be another servant of Zardari: Imran

KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Thursday said President Asif Ali Zardari and PML-N Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif are responsible for the present disastrous situation in the country.
Speaking to media persons at Karachi Airport, Imran Khan said that the new prime minister would be another servant of Asif Zardari, saying that the government did nothing for the common people in its -year rule.
He termed the disqualification of Yousuf Raza Gilani a historical verdict of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, saying that the judgment of the judiciary against a powerful person is a ray of hope for the oppressed people of Pakistan.
He added that the entire nation has celebrated the Supreme Court verdict against Gilani, adding that Pakistan needs a new system to stabilise and bring the country out of the present situation.
Commenting over the election of new prime minister, Imran said that like Yousuf Raza Gilani, the new PM would also not write to the Swiss authorities for bringing back Zardari's Rs 6 billion.
He alleged that the new prime minister will resume the process of corruption in the country, which he said has paused after the disqualification of Yousuf Raza Gilani.
He further said that money will be spilled for the election of the country's next prime minister and that the new prime minister will prove himself to be another servant of 'Asif Zardari'.
PTI Chief condemned the police tortured on PTI leaders and workers saying that the detention and torture of Tehreek-e-Insaf office-bearers had exposed government’s fear and frustration.
Imran Khan announced that his party would stage a demonstration against price hike and loadshedding in Faisalabad on June 27.
Imran Khan arrived in the metropolis in his four days long organisational trip of Sindh province. He will address the public meeting of PTI on 22nd June in Hyderabad and will meet the Sindhi nationalist leaders.
PTI President Makhdoom Javeed Hashmi, Dr Arif Alvi, Sardar Nadir Akmal Leghari and others were also present on the occasion.
