ISLAMABAD (APP) - Former interior minister Aftab Sher-pao has that it is impossible to restore the 1973 Constitution to its original form. Talking to media men, he said the two former dictators had distorted the constitution by making constant changes at their will. He also suggested that both Pakistan and India should sign an agreement under which they would not allow their soils to be used against each other.
