LAHORE – Lotto Carpets/Wi Tribe defeated Jamie’s Jawans by 6½-4 in the Faysal Bank Polo Cup 2014 match here at the Lahore Polo Club on Friday. In the first chukker, Hamza Mawaz Khan opened Lotto Carpets/Wi Tribe account with field goal. Jamie Le Hardy of Jamie’s Jawans scored the leveler to make it 1-1 while Agha Musa Ali Khan hit one for the winners to finish the chukker 2-1. Lotto Carpets/Wi Tribe dominated the second chukker as Imran Abid Mir hit three back-to-back field goals to make it 5-1. Jamie’s Jawans bounced back in style in the third chukker with Jamie hitting two goals to end the chukker 5-3. The last chukker saw one goal each from both the teams as the final score was 6½-4 in favour of Lotto Carpets/Wi Tribe. In the second match, Guard Group/Sherwood beat Ravi Autos by 6-4½.–Staff Reporter
