There is no doubt that most minorities and small communities are suffering in Pakistan. Churches were attacked, individuals were mercilessly murdered. I still cannot forget the brutal killing of Christian couple last year. Under such circumstances the violent reaction from this oppressed group is not a thing which should be termed as unexpected. But the bitter truth is that after so many killings the authorities have done nothing to prevent such violence and hatred.

But I would like to say to my Christian brothers that in such horrific times, they should be patient and shouldn’t act violently. Because these people are not just your enemies they are also enemies of our peaceful society. We are all Pakistanis, whether Muslim, Christian or any other believer, we all have to work together to bring peace to this land or this country will perish, along with us.
