ISLAMABAD: Senator Rehman Malik has claimed that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) hadn’t sign National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), adding that the PPP had compelled former President General Retd Pervaiz Musharraf to leave the presidential post along with uniform.

While talking to media persons in-front of Parliament today, he said that concerned court could issue red warrant if former president Pervez Musharraf did not return back to Pakistan.

Responding a question regarding the revival of Pakistan Day parade Senator said that honor and credit go to Army Chief for this development. “We have to give peaceful Pakistan to our young generation so that paper and pen comes into the hands of children," he added.

Responding another question regarding country water issue, he said that huge quantity of water has wasted owing to the shortage of new dams and added contraction of new dams are necessary for ending the wastage of 80% water.

He said that Senate is the upper house of the parliament and its respect was decreasing owing to the calling of joint session of the parliament. He pointed out that Senate has rejected PIA bill twice and added matter should have to solve before calling of joint session of the parliament.
