Federal Law Minister, Dr. Babar Awan has said that the bill for the establishment of Islamabad High Court (IHC) would be tabled in the National Assembly on June 3 on the occasion of joint sitting of the Parliament. Talking to media men here Quetta on Saturday, the federal minister said that the government did not announce the course of confrontation with any institution including judiciary. Responding to a question, the federal minister said that the incumbent government of PPP believes in defending the constitution, adding there is no clash between the government and the judiciary as political parties believe in struggle not on confrontation. Commenting on current situation regarding the legal matters, Dr. Babar Awan said that the democratic government of PPP would face the situation courageously. The federal minister has strongly dispelled the impression that the government wants to pressurize lawyers' fraternity through money, adding lawyers are not the community who bow down for money.
