Cant even get censors right?

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has blocked Facebook on the issue of a competition being held on this social network encouraging its users to post caricatures of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) on its website. This is a very commendable step by the PTA as it was hurting every Muslim. We are all very angry at this shameful act of Facebook. The website had set up the 'Draw Mohammed Day inviting people to send in caricatures of the Prophet of Islam by May 20. Justice Ijaz Chaudhry of the Lahore High Court directed the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) to block Facebook until May 31 when the court would open a detailed hearing of the case. The PTA Director told the court that the government had already blocked the particular link. About a complete ban on Facebook, he said that the internet services would be difficult to operate if the entire website was banned. The court, not accepting that point, ordered a complete ban on Facebook until May 31. My grouse with the PTA is that didnt do a proper job of blocking the Facebook link (http://www.face-book.com/) which can still be opened by simply clicking this link. I appeal to Lahore High Court to order PTA to block this website completely and methodically so that it cannot be opened under any circumstances. -MUBASHIR MAHMOOD, Karachi, May 20.
