LAHORE - International Federation of Hardware and Houseware Association is planning to hold its next meeting in Pakistan in the month of November. This was revealed by former Central Chairman of Pakistan Hardware Merchants Association and former LCCI Executive Committee member Sardar Usman Ghani on reaching back home after attending the Board meeting of International Federation of Hardware and Houseware Association in the United States. Sardar Usman Ghani is a Board member of International Federation of Hardware and Houseware Association. Around four thousand exhibitors from all over the world took part in the Hardware Show on the sidelines of Board meeting of International Federation of Hardware and Houseware Association. Speaking at the Board meeting of International Federation of Hardware and Houseware Association, Sardar Usman Ghani sought international community help for establishment of Hardware vocational training institutes in Pakistan that would help organize the Hardware Sector. He said that certain elements in the international media are painting a very wrong picture of Pakistan which is otherwise a very peaceful country. He said that there was no dearth of cheap skilled labour in the country that was a prerequisite to joint ventures in Pakistan. He said that the hardware sector was a very vast subject having in its fold Industrial and Agriculture Machinery, power generation Machinery but unfortunately the sector in Pakistan was still unorganised for the want of appropriate patronage by the government. All the Board members agreed with the point of view of Sardar Usman Ghani and promised an expedited liaison with their Pakistani counterparts.
