our staff reporter ISLAMABAD - The tennis camp organised by Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) under the patronage of Indian coach Birbal Wadhera is fast reaching its climax, as the youngsters being trained are quite sharp to adapt themselves to the conditions created by hot weather. As many as 25 boys and girls including top-rank players are taking part in the camp, which was started on May 5. Birbal visited Pakistan before in 2004 and had trained youngsters. He had selected a few players for further training and had recommended their names to PTF. Birbal shared his ideas and techniques with Dr Inam. The doctor was impressed with his style of coaching and his knowledge about the game. The main objective of this recheck is to exactly know how far these kids had progressed, what they achieved after all these days of hard physical training, Birbal concluded.
