Federal Minister for Science and Technology Azam Swati of JUI-F Sunday turned red-hot against his own government by pointing out corruption in various sectors, reported a private TV channel on Sunday. Addressing a ceremony in Mansehra, Swati demanded removal of Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi for poor arrangements and corruption scam during Haj.
He (Kazmi) is responsible for robbing the pilgrims and mismanagement, and he should be removed, he remarked while adding that no official could even imagine to do anything wrong without the consent of the minister concerned.
The politicians who do not pay taxes and use bullet-proof vehicles have earned disgrace for the Parliament, he said.
Terming Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) as fake and unproductive, Swati said countrys fate could have been changed if Rs30 to Rs80 billions were utilised in education sector.
Responding to Swatis statement, Hamid Saeed Kazmi ruled out the allegations levelled against him, saying some elements were hatching a conspiracy against his ministry.
