Islamabad: The PTI founding member Hamid Khan has regretted to become attorney of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) Chairman in disqualification reference filed against Imran Khan in Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

The reference seeking disqualification of Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen came up for hearing before ECP on Tuesday.

Counsel for PTI Hamid Khan regretted to contest the case and in his place Naeem Bukhari appeared before the ECP.

Naeem Bukhari stated that Hamid Khan had excused to contest the case and it was his personal decision. Therefore time be given to him to understand the case .

The ECP has adjourned the case till 5th December.

Meanwhile, Jahangir Tareen has submitted his reply before the ECP.

It is pertinent to mention here that PTI lawyer Hamid Khan had earlier regretted to contest case of Panama leaks.
