PESHAWAR: Today, the employees of Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa staged a protest in Peshawar against the provisional government policies over employees’ issues.

They alleged that the provincial government has failed to fulfill its commitment with them.

Protesters also criticized the PTI government for adopting delaying tactics in the acceptance of their demands. They said the government and the lawmakers have turned a blind eye to their protest and miseries.

They were holding banners and placards inscribed with slogans in favour of their demands. The protesters also blocked the road for about an hour to attract the attention of those at the helm of affairs but to no avail.
