The opening test of three test matches series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka at Abu Dhabi was ended in a draw on Saturday. Sri Lankan batsmen were all out for 483 in their second innings, setting Pakistan a victory target of 170 on the fifth and final day of the test at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Pakistan chasing the target in second innings scored 21 runs and lost the wicket of Taufeeq Umar, the double centurion of their first innings. Former Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara 211 and Prasanna Jayawardene 120 saved the match for Lanka.
