OUR STAFF REPORTER NOORPUR THAL District and Sessions Judge Khushab Sana Ullah Khan has said that the legal fraternity is an important segment of society as well as justice dispensation system. He was addressing Noorpur Thal Bar Association here on Friday. Civil Judge Muhammad Asim and Civil Judge Umar Farooq Waraich were also present on the occasion. Their significance could not be denied as without their assistance and active participation, the goal of speedy justice to litigants at their doorsteps could not be fulfilled, he said He lauded the utmost struggle of Justice (r) Malik Kazim Ali Guger, for the betterment of judicial system. He said that it was the demand of the day to promote the good mutual working relationship between the bar and bench for providing early and speedy justice to the poor, oppressed and needy people in the society, besides, curbing the menace of injustice. He said that the lawyers community could also play its role in ensuring smooth provision of justice and removing all hurdles from this way. He said that the judiciary was free, impartial and independent. He also urged the lawyers to keep it on the respect of the black coats. The District and Sessions Judge also directed the officials concerned to provide maximum facilities to the judiciary, enabling it to speed up the process of justice dispensation. He added that no one was above the law. We would ensure the supremacy of the law in the country under the supervision of countrys free, impartial and independent judiciary, in this regard. The Noorpur Thal Bar is experienced, organized and civilized bar which played active role, he added. Appreciating the efforts and struggle of District Bar Jauharabad and Tehsil Bar Noorpur Thal, during lawyers movement his lordship said that these bars struggle hard to support the judiciary for rule of law and supremacy of the constitution. On the occasion, NPT Bar President Sardar Farhat Abbas Khan and Secretary Malik Tahir Mehmood Ghangira pointed out the problems which were being faced by the bar. The District and Sessions Judge also promised that he would try his most to solve all problems of the bar. Loadshedding returns in Thal: The Gepco has once again started unscheduled loadshedding in Thal after a week long relief to the perturbed masses. As per detail, in the city and its suburbs including Adhi Kot, Rangpur, Rahdari, Jaura Kalan, Jamali Balochan, Pelowains and Khatwan, people are facing a lot of problems due to unscheduled loadshedding. They have demanded the government to end the loadshedding.
